This course is for anyone either wanting to start their journey into Meditation, or wanting to deepen their practice with 1:1 guidance. At The Peace Tent, we are trained in 4 different styles of Meditation - Present Moment Awareness, Calm Focus, Energised Body & Mind, and Transcendence Meditation. Within these categories, we have many transformational techniques! In our first session, we will have chat about where you are at in your life, and if there are any area's you would like to work on. You will get a taster of different styles, and with some evaluation, we will design the program especially for you. Through-out our life we store stress within the body, until we come inwards to move it through. This course will allow you to release stress from the body, calm your nervous system, improve your sleep, deepen your connection to yourself and those around you. You will come away with new techniques you can use for life!
